Astute Solutions Names Thomas Glenn Vice President of Customer Care

Software veteran bring extensive experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems

Glenn brings to Astute Solutions more than 20 years of experience supporting customers’ implementing and managing enterprise software. Prior to joining Astute Solutions, Glenn served as vice president of professional services for Syman Solutions Group. He has also served as vice president, education and support services for Exact Software, director of customer-based strategies for Sterling Commerce and vice president of professional service and customer service for Symix.
