robust standard or "out-of-the-box" reporting capabilities that enable you
to organize data just about any way you want without costly customization.
With ePowerCenter at the heart of your contact center you are no longer
limited in the types of reports generated, or in how those reports are
presented. Choose from a variety of output types, including Excel, PDF, and
HTML. Use ePowerCenter's standard built-in reports, or build your own.
The data collected in
ePowerCenter and tracked over time gives you the visibility into making
continuous product and service improvements. Managers can drill-down through
data to better understand customer trends, help identify potential
liabilities or manage contact center staff. ePowerCenter enables users to
improve productivity by utilizing
"Favorite" reports that can be run
and printed on demand or scheduled for off-hours production."Favorite" report results can even
be automatically emailed to whomever you choose and saved into a format more
commonly used by your organization. IT Staff can also count on ePowerCenter
to provide seamless integration with other third party reporting tools like
Crystal Reports, Cognos and more.
Advanced Features
ePowerCenter comes with
standard report templates that are easy to set up and run. Reports can be
displayed and filtered using any fields created in ePowerCenter.

ePowerCenter’s open
database architecture also allows you to connect external reporting tools to
the ePowerCenter database for ad hoc or OLAP type reporting.
ePowerCenter reports can
be configured and saved as "Favorites" for repeated use. These Favorite
reports can be scheduled to run automatically using ePowerCenter’s
Application Timer Service (standard system). Once run, these reports can be
distributed to non-system users, saved to an intranet location, or printed. The reports can be saved in
multiple formats, including Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, Web Page, or XML.
