Astute Solutions, the world's smartest customer engagement software, today announced the results of their recent hiring spree: To date, the company has hired more than double the amount of employees in 2016 than in 2015. The new teams will help continue the accelerated growth at Astute. Nearly half of the new hires in 2016 work in Product Development, Services, or Support positions, responding to the needs of Astute's growing customer base and to the demands of an ever-changing marketplace.

In addition to growing in numbers, Astute has also expanded its geographic footprint. Only half of Astute's new hires in 2016 work in their Columbus, Ohio, headquarters; the rest are distributed between offices in Cincinnati, Amsterdam, and remote work locations across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
