First, you’ll meet your Astute support system, a dedicated team that will make sure you start off on the right foot with your new software solutions.
Your Astute team will guide you through the implementation process for your new software, including requirements gathering and configurations. After you’re up and running, you’ll receive some extra TLC – we call it “hyper-care” – during the first few weeks of using our solutions.
Our online Learning Center offers interactive modules to get your team up to speed on Astute’s products. Monthly customer training webinars give you additional insight into getting maximum use out of your Astute suite. We also offer live, in-person training upon request.
We offer live, global support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And our online Customer Center portal lets you self-serve if you prefer.
Engaging Astute Professional Services takes your solutions to the next level and gives you additional help as your business evolves. We offer one-time project assistance as well as ongoing engagements depending on your needs.
